Read two supplement labels side by side.

Compare servings, named ingredient amounts and purchase cost without mistaking capsules for servings.

Start with the label, not the front of the bottle.

A 60-capsule bottle is not always 60 servings. Compare the listed amounts and purchase cost without assuming that equal milligrams mean equal benefit.

Read the calculation correctly.

Servings = capsules in bottle ÷ capsules per labeled serving. Total labeled ingredient = servings × listed milligrams per serving. Cost per serving = (bottle price + shipping) ÷ servings. Cost per 100 mg = purchase cost ÷ total labeled milligrams × 100.

These are label arithmetic, not a daily dose or a treatment recommendation. The serving count can include a fraction; it does not tell you how to take the product. Different ingredients, chemical forms, routes, blends and absorption characteristics cannot be treated as equivalent. A proprietary blend total cannot substitute for an undisclosed ingredient amount. This tool does not verify the label, purity or third-party testing.

For a multi-item shipment, allocate shipping consistently yourself. Taxes, subscription conditions, coupons and unentered costs are excluded. Read the ingredient guide and explore formats before comparing products.
