NAD+, NR, and NMN are not the same label

Start with the ingredient before you compare the offer.

Read past the category name

“NAD support” is a broad shopping category. Some products contain NAD itself, while others contain precursors such as nicotinamide riboside (NR) or nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN). A product placed in the NAD category is not necessarily a direct NAD product.

Tru Niagen and Elysium Basis, for example, describe NR-containing products. Direct oral NAD products occupy a different part of the directory. Keep that distinction visible when comparing the label and the research.

An ingredient is only the first distinction

The route matters as well. Oral NR, an NR infusion, a NAD injection and a NAD capsule are not interchangeable entries just because they appear in the same conversation.

Ask which studies apply to the exact ingredient and route being sold. A study of a different product can provide context, but it does not establish the same benefit for the one in your cart.

Use a more useful comparison

Start with the ingredient, then route, quantity, recurring price and commitment. For a clinical service, add the evaluation, clinician access and pharmacy details.

Our directory separates these fields. That makes it possible to compare similar offers without quietly turning a shopping preference into a claim about health outcomes.
