When a monthly price is not the monthly bill

How to compare quantities, billing cycles and required fees.

Find the billing interval

A plan billed every four weeks renews on a different schedule from a calendar-month subscription. A prepaid annual offer has a different cash commitment from either one.

Write down the charge and interval together. Avoid comparing the monthly equivalent of a long commitment with the price of a flexible single purchase as if the obligations were the same.

Quantity and formulation matter

A vial price is not a monthly cost unless the provider states the supply period for the prescribed plan. Capsule counts also need to be read alongside the labeled serving size.

Keep direct NAD, NR and NMN prices separate. A lower price for a different ingredient or route does not show that you found an equivalent offer.

Check what renews and what can be stopped

Read the subscription terms, notice period and refund policy before choosing a lower recurring price. For a clinical service, find out what happens if the clinician does not prescribe.

Where required charges are unclear, we leave the complete total unresolved. A precise-looking number is not useful if it leaves out part of the bill.
