The service is part of the choice
An at-home prescription service and a clinic infusion appointment involve different logistics. One may include delivery and remote care; the other requires a location, an appointment and time at the clinic.
Ask what assessment is required, who provides the care, and how to reach someone with a concern. Do not judge the service only by the quantity advertised.
Confirm what is in the treatment
Some clinics now advertise both NAD and NR-based infusion options. A familiar category name does not establish the ingredient in a specific appointment.
Request the exact product and route, the reason it is being recommended and the evidence relevant to that recommendation. Discuss potential risks and alternatives with the clinician rather than assuming an infusion is inherently more beneficial.
Make the bill comparable
Per-visit prices, monthly memberships and multi-session packages are different obligations. Include required consultations and the terms attached to a discounted package.
Travel time, appointment availability and cancellation rules may matter as much as a small advertised price difference. Our reviews call out these practical distinctions when the provider publishes them.
